We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support professional to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build their IT career while providing hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems in a timely manner
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices
• Assist with system maintenance, updates, and user account management
• Log and track support requests through a ticketing system
• Support IT projects and general administrative IT tasks

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Relevant IT qualification or certification (preferred but not required)
• Prior internship or experience in IT support is an advantage
